How To Endo - A vibrant, empowering guide to surviving and thriving with Endometriosis, from Triple J presenter and Endometriosis advocate Bridget Hustwaite.
After years of dismissive doctors and misinformation, Bridget Hustwaite finally received a diagnosis for her intensely heavy periods, pulsing headaches and the excruciating abdominal pain that makes her ovaries feel like they are on fire. She has Endometriosis - hard to pronounce, hard to diagnose and even harder to live with.
Two excision surgeries and one thriving Endo Instagram community later, Bridget knows firsthand how much personal research and self-advocating Endo sufferers have to do just to have their pain acknowledged. With her trademark enthusiasm, Bridget has blended her own experience with a raft of tips and strategies from health experts and Endo warriors to help you thrive whenever you can, and survive on days when you just can't. Covering everything from diet to acupuncture, fertility to mental health, and surgery to sex,Ā How to EndoĀ is the essential guide to navigating this sucker punch of a chronic illness.
Inspiring, vivacious and completely honest, Bridget's book is for everyone on the Endo spectrum: the battle-hardened warriors, the newly diagnosed and those still searching for answers. Take a sneak peak at the first 3 pages of the book to see what an incredible read you are in for.

from 143 reviewsThank you so much to Krystal, Alex and Amelia! The handwritten personal message made my day. This arrived just in time for a flare and how it has changed my life in one day!
This is the best device I have stumbled across for Endo relief. It offers heat and vibration with different settings for own preference and switches off automatically after 15 minutes. Its charged via usb-c (charger is included).
It comes with an adjustable waistband which makes it easy to use on the go and the fact this can be used discreetly is also a big bonus!
If you're considering getting this, definitely recommend!
I just love these oversized sleep tees. Super comfortable, material feels amazing and pockets! Yes did I mention it has pockets! Also, Keeps me cool, a must for everyone!
I was a bit unsure what to expect with the electric USB lighter but it's great! I love it that it doesn't have the smoke that your regular gas lighter has when lighting a candle or stove. So easy to charge and convenient.
Tastes pretty good Iām not a tea drinker but this is quite tasty. Nice to have before I go to bed
This heading belt is so amazing! it is so compact for going out and about! As someone with Endometriosis, it was the best decision to buy it :)
The easiest heat pack Iāve ever had! Traveled interstate without having to take my heavy heat packs, it gets very hot and stays hot plus the different vibrations work wonders. Highly recommend!
Love my lanyard, it is especially helpful at the airport and large shopping centres or events. It just lets people know Iām not like them I do have issues and needs. A must have for all chronic invisible illnesses people!
