I am a healthcare worker that deals with endo while on 14hr nightshifts, and it's been so hard lugging around a heat pack or hot water bottle when I have a flare at work. The vibration belt is incredible; the portability and ease of use make for an easy way to help me through. Not to mention it'll be handy for winter shifts here in rural Victoria!

I purchased the heat/massager device that straps to you body. Definitely produces great heat and different variations of vibration. You can have all features on or choose what you like which I fantastic because the vibration can cause more pain so just having the heat was great. Considering the postage taking longer due to qld floods it still go to me (in vic) suprisgly quickly. There was a little private message in the box appoligising which was thoughtful.

This ring is a perfect addition to my other anxiety rings brought from Endo Essentials. The ring is absolutely stunning and really helps me try and refocus my anxiety to spinning the ring, as opposed to other habits that arenāt as healthy.

It's so compact and not as bulky as the container I was using! It's so handy to have in its little pouch, as it doesn't pop open and lose your tablets/ pain medications in your handbag or work bag. I've also labelled mine with the medication name and expiry date, as I never know when I'm going to need pain relief or get nausea or dizziness/ Vertigo. .
